The hotel is in an amazing location with a view of Lake Garda, the service is especially excellent at the desk, they upgraded our room free of charge, the breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and well maintained, including a kitchen , the bed is very comfortable, a hotel highly recommended for families

Very Good
The view from the room was great. Hotel is located on the hill and has amazing views.In the room you had everything you need. Even the slippers for the pool that comes with a cute bag with towels and bathrobe. In the bathroom you have stuff for womens needs and that was so Nice. Receptionist was very polite and welcoming. Animation team was great. Blond boy gave his all to entertain the Kids. Room was very clean and so was the outside and indoor pool. Staff in the kitchen and a man who carried our bags was Great.
Concept for breakfast and dinner. You can't serve yourself. Dogs where allowed to resort and they where barking all the time. Owners who are not capable to train their dogs, shouldn't take them anywhere. They are not kids. Hotels shouldn't cater to their needs if they disrupt the peace. Also the employee that cooks and serves pasta was not liking his job. He was rude.
